Job Summary

Lead and optimize HR operations comprehensively, ensuring compliance, efficiency, and strategic alignment with VERSOS objectives and regulatory requirements.
Reporting to Human Resources Head.

Responsibilities

Strategic

  • Develop and implement comprehensive HR operations optimization strategies that align with VERSOS long-term business goals and regulatory requirements, ensuring seamless integration across all HR functions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance HR processes, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize HR operations, leveraging technology and best practices to enhance service delivery and operational efficiency.
  • Oversee the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures, ensuring they are aligned with organizational needs and industry best practices, and are communicated effectively to all employees.
  • Monitor HR metrics and analytics to inform strategic decision-making, providing insights and recommendations to improve operational efficiency and support business objectives.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in HR operations management, including strategy development and execution.
  • Proficiency in English and Arabic, with strong communication and leadership skills to effectively engage with stakeholders and drive HR operations initiatives.
  • Experience in compliance, risk management, and process optimization within a large organization, focusing on data-driven decision-making and strategic alignment with business goals.

Educational Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field, providing a strong foundation in HR principles and practices.
