Job Summary
Lead and optimize HR operations comprehensively, ensuring compliance, efficiency, and strategic alignment with VERSOS objectives and regulatory requirements.
Reporting to Human Resources Head.
Responsibilities
Strategic
- Develop and implement comprehensive HR operations optimization strategies that align with VERSOS long-term business goals and regulatory requirements, ensuring seamless integration across all HR functions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance HR processes, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize HR operations, leveraging technology and best practices to enhance service delivery and operational efficiency.
- Oversee the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures, ensuring they are aligned with organizational needs and industry best practices, and are communicated effectively to all employees.
- Monitor HR metrics and analytics to inform strategic decision-making, providing insights and recommendations to improve operational efficiency and support business objectives.
Operational
- Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing, including salary disbursement, deductions, and benefits administration, maintaining compliance with legal and regulatory standards.
- Maintain comprehensive payroll records and resolve discrepancies promptly, ensuring accuracy and compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
- Oversee the processing of work visas and IQAMAs, ensuring compliance with KSA’s immigration laws and minimizing delays and disruptions in employee transitions.
- Implement efficient channels for employee queries, ensuring timely resolution and enhancing employee satisfaction and operational efficiency.
- Conduct regular audits and risk assessments to identify and mitigate potential HR-related risks, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and VERSOS HR policies.
- Collaborate with the relevant teams to monitor compliance with local labor laws and VERSOS HR policies, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and regulatory requirements.
- Regularly review and update HR policies and procedures to reflect changes in legislation and organizational needs, ensuring they are communicated effectively to all employees.
- Develop and maintain HR operational dashboards and reports, leveraging data analytics to track process efficiency, compliance metrics, and trends, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement.
- Ensure all employees are informed and trained on policy changes and updates, fostering a culture of compliance and continuous learning.
- Oversee the management of outsourcing and third-party manpower providers, ensuring reliable external resources and optimizing service quality and value.
- Regularly assess vendor performance and collaborate on strategies to optimize service quality and value, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
- Coordinate the integration of HR technology solutions to streamline operations and improve employee experience
People Management
- Lead and manage the HR operations team, providing guidance and support to achieve operational goals and foster a culture of continuous improvement and excellence.
- Foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment, encouraging open communication and knowledge sharing to achieve HR operations objectives.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members, helping them enhance their performance and achieve their goals.
- Ensure team adherence to company policies, procedures, and ethical standards in all HR operations activities, maintaining a high level of professionalism and integrity.
- Provide training and development opportunities for team members, enhancing their capabilities and professional growth, and fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.
Job Requirements
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in HR operations management, including strategy development and execution.
- Proficiency in English and Arabic, with strong communication and leadership skills to effectively engage with stakeholders and drive HR operations initiatives.
- Experience in compliance, risk management, and process optimization within a large organization, focusing on data-driven decision-making and strategic alignment with business goals.
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field, providing a strong foundation in HR principles and practices.
